Summer Service Changes (June 28, 2026)

The following changes will be in effect on June 28, 2026, unless noted otherwise, and riders can expect more route adjustments during our regular schedule changes in Fall, Winter and Spring. More details: Summer service changes in effect June 28, 2026 | Saskatoon Transit

New Bus Stops

• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 30 Lawson Heights: Future Link platform bust stops on Warman Road at Hazen Street and 5th Avenue North. View map.

Improved trip times and frequency

• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 17 Stonebridge: Run times adjusted on the last late-evening trip to improve reliability.
• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 543 Evergreen: Run times during the morning and afternoon peak periods adjusted to improve reliability. This route only runs while high school classes are in session.
• Route 1 Exhibition/ City Centre: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. 
• Route 7 Dundonald/ City Centre: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. 
• Route 26 Forest Grove: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. Service frequency improved from 40 minutes to 30 minutes on weekdays before 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Route 27 Silverspring: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. Service frequency improved from 40 minutes to 30 minutes on weekdays before 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Extra trips temporarily paused (New for 2026)

• Route 2 Meadowgreen: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 5 Confederation/ City Centre: Extra trips during school peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 17 Stonebridge/ University: Extra trips between Stonebridge and University temporarily paused during school peak times, resulting in 20-minute frequency at peak times until post-secondary is back in full session. View schedule for affected trips highlighted.
• Route 27 Silverspring: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 50 Lakeview/ University: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 55 Lakeridge/ University: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 60 Confederation/ City Centre: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 61 Blairmore/ Confederation: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 63 Hampton Village: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 65 Kensington/ City Centre: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).
• Route 83 Stonebridge/ Centre Mall: Extra trips during school start and end peak times paused (no change to core schedule).

Routes temporarily paused (New for 2026)

• Route 529 Brighton: Service temporarily removed until school resumes. Route 29 service to Brighton provided every 40 minutes.
• Route 543 Evergreen: Service temporarily removed until school resumes. Route 43 service to Evergreen provided every 30 minutes.
