Additional College Drive detours start May 8

Major construction along College Drive, including University Bridge rehabilitation, 25th Street water main replacement, and Link infrastructure work, began in early April 2026 and will continue in Phases through the 2026 and 2027 construction seasons.

Originally scheduled for May 7, Saskatoon Transit’s temporary adjustments to Routes 16, 17, 4/40s and 517 on College Drive have been postponed due to a shift in the project schedule. The detours will now begin on Friday, May 8, as construction along College Drive and into downtown progresses to the next stage. Riders should anticipate some delays during construction.
