March 18 is Transit Worker Appreciation Day, a yearly occasion to recognize and thank all transit workers for their hard work and dedication in keeping Canada's public transit systems running.

Saskatoon Transit serves thousands of residents daily in all weather, thanks to the dedication of the entire team. From operators on the road to maintenance crews, planners, administration, and customer service staff, every member plays a key role in keeping our city moving.

The Saskatoon Transit management team proudly celebrates Transit Worker Appreciation Day and invites everyone to thank all the transit workers who connect our community.

You can participate by expressing gratitude to through acts of kindness, such as saying thank you, writing kind messages, or sharing positive experiences on social media using the hashtag #ThanksTransit.
