Winter Service Changes in effect January 4, 2026

We review our bus routes and schedules throughout the year to see if there are areas where we can improve service. Several factors are taken into consideration, including feedback from our customers and drivers, ridership levels and changing traffic patterns, to meet the needs of our customers. The following changes will be in effect on January 4, 2026 and riders can expect more route adjustments during our regular schedule changes in Spring, Summer and Fall. View all Routes and Schedules.

Major highlights of this season's route changes

Routes 30 Lawson Heights and 35 Silverwood Heights run times and schedules were revised to improve on-time performance and better align with Route 17 Stonebridge via USask at Lawson Heights terminal during morning and afternoon peak times.
New Route 529 Brighton provides weekday peak period supplemental service between Brighton and Nelson Rd/Lowe Rd, operating every 40 minutes. The schedule is coordinated with Route 29 to achieve service every 20 minutes between Brighton and Nelson Rd/Lowe Rd during weekday peak times.

Route 12 River Heights	Removed bus stop #5847 (Pinehouse Dr/Primrose Dr) to improve operational safety and reduce delays for turning buses. Another Route 12 stop is available after the intersection. View Route 12 map.
Route 16 Eastview	Improved connection times weekday evenings at the downtown terminal to align with other evening departures. View Route 16 map.
Route 30 Lawson Heights/ Route 35 Silverwood Heights	Improved connection times at Lawson Heights terminal to improve on-time performance and better align with Route 17 to Stonebridge via USask on weekdays during morning (30/35 to 17) and afternoon (17 to 30/35) peak times. Route 43 Evergreen	Added an extra trip from downtown to Evergreen at 6:06 p.m. on weekdays. This extends service span slightly and reduces the gap between Route 43 and Route 27 service in Evergreen. View Route 4/43 map.
Route 44 Willowgrove/ Route 45 Arbor Creek/ Route 46 115th Street	Shifted weekday evening trips from downtown to align with other evening departures for transfers. View maps: Route 4/44 Route 4/45 Route 4/46
Route 55 Lakeridge/ Route 86 Rosewood	Moved bus stop from Slimmon Rd at Herold Rd (#5883 closed) to Herold Rd at Slimmon Rd (#6022 new) to improve operational safety for bus operations. View maps: Route 55 Route 86

Route 340 Kingsmere/Rosewood	Added new bus stops along Kingsmere Blvd to improve coverage. View maps above.
NEW! Route 529 Brighton	New route operates every 40 mins between Brighton and Nelson Rd/Lowe Rd stop during morning and afternoon peak times, coordinated with Route 29 for 20-min frequency. View Route 529 map.
Route 543 Evergreen	Run times and schedule were revised to improve on-time performance on weekdays and increase frequency to 30 minutes. Schedule is coordinated with Route 43 to achieve service every 15 minutes between Evergreen and Nelson Rd/Lowe Rd during peak periods. New stop opened on Lowe Rd southbound at Nelson Rd.
