Summer Service Changes (June 28, 2026)

The following changes will be in effect on June 28, 2026, unless noted otherwise, and riders can expect more route adjustments during our regular schedule changes in Fall, Winter and Spring. 

New Bus Stops

• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 30 Lawson Heights: New bus stop platforms on Warman Road at Hazen Street and 5th Avenue North. View new Route 30 map (PDF).
• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 35 Silverwood: New bus stop platforms on Warman Road at Hazen Street and 5th Avenue North. View new Route 35 map (PDF).

Improved trip times and frequency

• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 17 Stonebridge: Run times adjusted on the last late-evening trip to improve reliability. View new Route 35 map (PDF)
• [Effective May 31, 2026] Route 543 Evergreen: Run times during the morning and afternoon peak periods adjusted to improve reliability. NEW! This route operates only during the high school year.
• Route 1 Exhibition/ City Centre: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. View new Route 1 map (PDF).
• Route 7 Dundonald/ City Centre: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. View new Route 7 map (PDF).
• Route 26 Forest Grove: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. Service frequency improved from 40 minutes to 30 minutes on weekdays before 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. View new Route 26 map (PDF).
• Route 27 Silverspring: Run times on weekdays and weekends adjusted to improve reliability. Service frequency improved from 40 minutes to 30 minutes on weekdays before 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. View new route 27 map (PDF).

Extra trips temporarily paused 

An extra bus is added to these routes to improve frequency and reduce full buses during peak school start and end times, as needed. These extra buses and extra trips are only available during regular University sessions and appear in trip planning apps when operating. Note: there is no change to the core schedules below:

• Route 5 Confederation/ City Centre
• Route 17 Stonebridge/ University
• Route 27 Silverspring
• Route 50 Lakeview/ University
• Route 55 Lakeridge/ University
• Route 60 Confederation/ City Centre
• Route 61 Blairmore/ Confederation
• Route 63 Hampton Village
• Route 65 Kensington/ City Centre
• Route 83 Stonebridge/ Centre Mall

Routes temporarily paused 

NEW! These routes provide extra service and operate only during the high school year. 

• Route 502 Meadowgreen/ City Centre. Year-round alternate: Route 2 service to City Centre is provided every 30 minutes.

• Route 529 Brighton. Year-round alternate: Route 29 service to Brighton is provided every 40 minutes.

• Route 543 Evergreen. Year-round alternate: Route 43 service to Evergreen is provided every 30 minutes.
