Fall Service Changes start August 30, 2026

The following changes will begin Sunday, August 30, 2026. Riders can expect more route adjustments during our regular schedule changes in Fall, Winter and Spring. 

Routing changes

Improved trip times and frequency

• Route 2 Meadowgreen: Afternoon peak frequency improves from every 20 minutes to every 15 minutes between 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Extra afternoon school trips will not return. View new Route 2 schedule.  
• Route 5 Confederation/ City Centre: A school trip is added during the afternoon peak period.
• Route 8 8th Street: Saturday frequency improves from every 15 minutes to every 12 minutes between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Run times are adjusted to improve on-time performance during these hours. View new Route 8 schedule.  
• Route 17 Stonebridge/ University: Additional weekday peak service is added between Stonebridge and the University. Buses will operate every 10 minutes during the morning and afternoon peak periods. View new Route 17 schedule.  
• Route 27 Silverspring: Service frequency improved from every 40 minutes to every 30 minutes in June. Extra school trips will not return.
• Route 50 Lakeview/ University: Service operates every 30 minutes on weekdays before 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Run times are adjusted in all service periods to improve on-time performance. Extra school trips will not return. View new Route 50 schedule.  
• Route 55 Lakeridge/ University: Service operates every 30 minutes on weekdays before 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Run times are adjusted in all service periods to improve on-time performance. Extra school trips will not return. View Route 55 schedule.  
• Route 60 Confederation/ City Centre: Additional morning trips are added between City Centre and Confederation Mall. Service in both directions improves from every 30 minutes to every 7 to 15 minutes between approximately 4 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.

School and peak-period trips returning

• Routes 61 Blairmore/ Confederation, 63 Hampton Village, 65 Kensington/ City Centre and 83 Stonebridge/ Centre Mall: Extra school trips return during weekday peak periods.
• Routes 311 Taylor/ Lorne, 315 Bedford Collegiate, 336 Taylor/ Centre Mall, 339 Taylor/ Stillwater, 340 Taylor/ Kingsmere, 352 St. Joseph and 358 Bishop Murray: School trips return during weekday peak periods.
• Route 325 Oskayak High: The 3:21 p.m. school trip returns. The 3:31 p.m. school trip will not return.

Routes returning for the school year

• Route 529 Brighton: The route returns during weekday peak periods. Together, Routes 29 and 529 provide service to Brighton every 20 minutes during the morning and afternoon peak periods.
• Route 543 Evergreen: The route returns during weekday peak periods. Together, Routes 43 and 543 provide service to Evergreen every 15 minutes during the morning and afternoon peak periods.

Review updated route maps, stop locations and trip times before August 30. Use your preferred trip-planning app to plan ahead and arrive at your stop a few minutes early as riders adjust to the fall schedule.
