A large water main maintenance project on College Drive will restrict driving lanes between Cumberland and Clarence avenues until October. Slow-moving traffic is expected through the area at peak driving times, which may cause delays for Saskatoon Transit routes.
Saskatoon Transit routes to and from downtown via the University Bridge will continue along College Drive; however, outbound bus stops on the south side of College Drive within the construction zone are planned to be closed until mid-August. The lane closures for the work area affect routes 4, 13, 16, 17, 43, 44, 45, 46, 81 and 82.
Riders with stops affected by the work zone may have to use a stop further from their destination. Consider loading your bike on the bus for the extra distance or try an e-scooter.

Eastbound lane closures on College Drive will restrict left turns into the University campus between Clarence and Wiggins avenues. The right-turning lane on Clarence Avenue northbound to College Drive is also closed. These closures will impact the following routes:
- Routes 13 - University
- Will detour at 12th Street and access Campus Drive from Bottomley Avenue.
- Northbound bus stops on Clarence Avenue at Osler Street (4149), Colony Street (4141), and 12th Street (4121 & 4124) will be closed.
- Eastbound bus stops on College Drive at Munroe Avenue (4162), Wiggins Avenue (5931), and Cumberland Avenue (4444) will be closed.
- Route 17 - University
- Will detour at 12th Street via Cumberland Avenue to College Drive.
- Northbound bus stops on Clarence Avenue at Osler Street (4149), Colony Street (4141), and 12th Street (4121 & 4124) will be closed.
- Eastbound bus stops on College Drive at Munroe Avenue (4162), Wiggins Avenue (5931), and Cumberland Avenue (4444) will be closed.
- Route 16 - Eastview
- Eastbound will not have access to Campus Drive and will drop off on College Drive at Cumberland Avenue.
- Eastbound bus stops on College Drive at Munroe Avenue (4162), Wiggins Avenue (5931), and Cumberland Avenue (4444) will be closed.
- Eastbound bus stops on Campus Drive at the University Terminal (5904), Kinesiology building (5391), and Campus Drive (5392) will be closed.
- Route 43 - Evergreen / Route 44 - Willowgrove / Route 45 - Arbor Creek / Route 46 – 115th Street
- Eastbound bus stops on College Drive at Munroe Avenue (4162), Wiggins Avenue (5931), and Cumberland Avenue (4444) will be closed.
- Route 81 - University
- Route will detour from Wiggins Avenue at Osler Street and access Campus Drive from Bottomley Avenue.
- Eastbound bus stops on College Drive at Wiggins Avenue (5931) and Cumberland Avenue (4444) will be closed.
- Route 81 - Centre Mall
- Leaving Campus Terminal, this route will use the Cumberland Avenue bus chute southbound on Cumberland Avenue to 12th Street.
- Southbound bus stops on Wiggins Avenue at Temperance Street (5934), and 12th Street (5960) will be closed.
- Route 82 - University
- Will detour from Cumberland Avenue at Osler Street and access Campus Drive from Bottomley Avenue.
- Eastbound bus stop on College Drive at Bottomley Avenue (4442) will be closed.
- Route 82 - Centre Mall
- Leaving Campus Terminal, this route will use the Cumberland Avenue bus chute southbound on Cumberland Ave to 12th Street.
